  • Do not touch or feed the animals unless in the Children’s Zoo area, where designated feed is provided. Do not throw objects into enclosures.
  • Using drones or similar devices requires prior consent from Prague Zoo.
  • Prohibited items include weapons, explosives, fireworks, and toxic or psychotropic substances.
  • Dogs are not permitted inside enclosures or pavilions.
  • Avoid entering the zoo under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
  • Smoking and electronic cigarettes are prohibited throughout the zoo, particularly in all indoor areas, children’s playgrounds, and sports grounds.
  • The zoo is monitored by a CCTV system to ensure the safety of animals and visitors.

  • The total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees for cancellations made within 2 days before the travel date.
  • In case of adverse weather, union strikes, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, trips or activities may be canceled. Alternative feasible options will be provided, but cash refunds are not available.
