  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
  • Carry your printed/mobile voucher for direct entry to the venue.
  • Pregnant women or participants with neck or back conditions should notify a staff member at the entrance. Staff will provide important information regarding the experience.
  • Amsterdam Dungeon tickets are not recommended for individuals with claustrophobia.
  • The fixed day ticket can only be redeemed on the booked date and cannot be used on another day.
  • The dungeon is dark and may pose difficulty for visually impaired people to navigate.
  • ID proof is mandatory for all visitors upon arrival.

  • Cancellations made 0 to 1 day before the travel date will also incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
  • Certain trips or activities may be cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond control. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided, but a cash refund will not be available.
