- Individuals with vertigo or heart/lung conditions are not allowed.
- Photography using selfie sticks or tripods is prohibited.
- The following items are not allowed on the hike: bulky backpacks, smoking, crutches, and/or canes.
- This experience is not suitable for guests with cardiac, respiratory, or locomotor issues, or vertigo. Please ensure appropriate physical preparedness.
- The maximum number of participants is 10 for general admission and 30 for official guided tours.

▶- Cancellations made 1 day or more before the travel date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made within 1 day of the travel date will also incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost.
- In cases of unforeseen weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances, certain trips or activities may be canceled. If cancellations occur due to such reasons, alternate feasible options will be provided, but a cash refund will not be available.
