  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made 1 to 30 days before the travel date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
  • In cases of unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, trips or activities may be cancelled. Feasible alternatives will be offered, but cash refunds are not available.
