Know Before You Go for Alhambra Tickets

- ID proof is required for each guest. Foreign nationals must provide passport details at the time of booking and arrival.
- The sanctuary is a smoke-free environment; smoking is prohibited inside the park grounds.
- Feeding or touching animals is allowed only during designated feeding times or supervised encounters.
- Avoid loud noises, shouting, or chasing animals, and stay on marked paths and within designated viewing areas.
- All passengers must sit in designated seating on the train. Wheelchairs and strollers are not allowed on the train but can be placed in the stroller bay at the front.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially when interacting with animals.
- Wear long-sleeved shirts and hats to protect yourself from scratches while feeding birds.
