  • Carry a valid photo ID, such as a passport copy, for entry.
  • Disneyland Paris reserves the right to inspect visitors' clothes, coats, and personal belongings before entry or inside the parks. Access may be refused if you do not comply with the inspection.
  • Large packages, suitcases, and bags exceeding 55cm x 40cm x 25cm (including wheels, pockets, and handles) are not permitted.
  • Animals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs, guide dogs, and emotional support animals. Medical proof may be required for admission, and these animals must always be on a leash and under the owner's care.
  • Any inappropriate behavior, such as theft, violence, public disorder, or discrimination, may lead to eviction from the park without compensation.
  • Flash photography and filming with lights are prohibited on attractions and shows.
  • Disneyland Paris reserves the right to limit or refuse entry or evacuate the park due to peak attendance, safety reasons, or force majeure.
  • Certain attractions may require visitors to be in good health, free from high blood pressure, heart, back, neck issues, or motion sickness.
  • Some attractions have height restrictions for safety reasons.
  • Attractions and shows may feature lighting effects, including strobe and flashing lights, which could affect visitors with photo-sensitivity.
  • Photos or videos taken in the parks are for personal use only; commercial photography requires prior written permission.
  • Time slots may vary by up to 30 minutes before or after your initial selection.

  • If cancellation is made 6 days or more before the travel date, no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made within 6 days before the travel date, the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. Alternate feasible options will be provided, but cash refunds will not be available.
