- There are no elevators at the site. Visitors must climb 50 irregular steps to reach the floor of the galleries.
- ID Proof is mandatory for each visitor at the time of arrival.
- Sharp objects, lighters, luggage bags, alcohol, and similar items are not allowed.
- The tour may be canceled in bad weather conditions.
- Wheelchairs are not permitted in the catacombs due to architectural barriers.
- It is forbidden to touch or damage the exhibits.
- Photography and video recording are not allowed inside the catacombs. Staff has the right to expel offenders.
- Pets or animals are not allowed in the catacombs.
- Smoking, as well as food and drink consumption, is prohibited inside the catacombs.
- Time slots may vary slightly, and a 30-minute window before or after your selected time will be allocated.
