- Weekends and holiday are pretty crowded, plan your visit in week days.
- Limited availability of parking.
- Reservations to the Dolphin and Sea Lion Presentations can only be made on the day of your visit.
- Guests wearing clothing with obscenities printed on them will not be permitted into the Aquarium.
- Unauthorized signage is not permitted in the Aquarium.
- Disruptive behavior, damaging property, foul or abusive language, obscene gestures, harassing or aggressive behavior is not permitted in the Aquarium.
- Unauthorized use or resale of tickets or memberships is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are to follow all Aquarium policies and directions given by Aquarium team members at all times.
- Smoking/vaping is prohibited in the Aquarium.
- Guests will comply with team members in emergency response procedures.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
